University of Hawai'i track and field athletes Amanda Alvarez and Samantha Balentine were selected as U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) all-academic honorees. The trio was among 710 student-athletes who were honored during the 2013 season.
